I just purchased a new 13" MBP. I will be mainly using it as a desktop replacement - hold the thoughts and sarcasm; "This thing is nowhere near a desktop replacement". I purchased this MBP to get my feet wet with the OSX - Once I feel proficient enough to make the switch completely, I'll purchase another. For the time being, I wanna keep the MBP in a pristine condition in case I end up hating and having to get rid of it...
With that being said, I'm planning on purchasing a mStand and Speck clear case for it... Anyone know of any heating issues using the Speck case ? and if so will the mStand aid in dissipating ?
I also like the Twelve South BookArc - What are your takes between the two ? other than the obvious horizontal/vertical difference; I'll be using a 24" Samsung Synmaster 244T (IPS) + kB/Mouse setup.
