Questions regarding quickpwn 2.1 for windows

Hey guys,

I'm confused about quickpwn 2.1 for windows xp. I was looking at the instructions here: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/550964/


Especially with these lines:
WARNING!

Quickpwn also activates iPhones if you need activation

"It’s not clear what the activation state is after the process"
Does that mean i can't do a restore to factory settings if I jailbreak with quickpwn 2.1 for windows? Does quickpwn 2.1 for mac also do this?

If you are asking if you can restore your iPhone to its original state (factory) after using QuickPwn the answer is yes. Same for Mac or PC.

I was just concerned about this activation state after the jailbreak process

No problem. You should have no problems going back to factory if, for some reason, you are unhappy with the Jailbreak. Good luck!

You also didn't state whether you have a 3g or 1g iPhone, makes a difference with regards to activation.
