I decided not to buy online and buy from the apple store.
Is there any questions I should ask when I'm buying the MacBook?
It's the 15" Inch 2.53 Ghz I'm also a student so I'll be using the student discount.

Once purchased open the box and take a look. If there is any problems you can exchange it right away.

One thing (I know that this is the case in the UK at least) - you only get the free Higher Education 3 year parts and labour warranty if you buy online or over the phone. So if you buy it at the store, you'll just get the standard 1 year.

The 3 year warranty is really worth it as most of the problems start about a year in lol.

The difference between the HE warranty and AppleCare is that with Applecare you get longer free telephone support and they'll pick up and deliver the computer at their expense. With HE, you have to take it to an Apple store yourself - not really that much of a hassle if you're getting a MacBook Pro (and live relatively close to a store).

Also wait for the update if you can ;)
