Will sims3 work good with AMD Radeon HD 6750M 1024 MB Graphics and
OS lion and 8gb memory?

Also will it work good with adobe cs5 already installed on the computer or does anyone know how I can check how much space I have left on it and how do I make a backup just in case it glitches?

1. SIMS 3 will run more than okay: http://www.thesims3.com/game/systemreq
2. It doesn't matter, if Adobe CS5 comes preinstalled or if you install it yourself. It will work either way.
3. Take a look at DiskInventory X (will not work in Mac OS X 10.7 Lion), OmniDiskSweeper, JDisk Report or GrandPerspective to see where your HDD space went to.

Or use CarbonCopyCloner or SuperDuper to make a bootable 1:1 copy of the internal HDD to an external HDD.
