Hey guys, I just have a quick question. I noticed that the apple tv supports 480p and 720p. My television only supports 480i,p and 1080i. It will NOT upscale a 720p image to 1080i. This has been fine because my cable box will do this for me, along with the xbox 360. My question is, is it known if the apple tv will upscale video to 1080i from 780p, or will I be limited to 480p?

The specs say that aTV supports 1080i TVs. The content is limted to Apple's version of 720p (different from broadcast TV 720p - don't confuse the two). The aTV will output a 1080i signal that your TV will work with.
