How do I make a script run without a confirm dialogue? I want to schedule it to run at a certain time but it won't until you press a confirm dialogue box.

What do I need to put in the script so this doesn't pop up?

Nevermind, I figured it out - when the application is running, you can choose disable startup from the File menu.

You can also disable the option when you save the script, as in the attachment.
