I am slightly conceded that my MBP 13 battery is already at 93% capacity and never goes up, only down.

Current stats form coconut are:

Design capacity 5770 mAh
Current capacity 5402 mAh

Age of Mac - 16 Weeks
Battery Load Cycles - 26

Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Yes I have tried calabration and read all the apple FAQs on batteries.

Most other posts I read seem to indicate my battery should still, at this stage, be hoverring between 96 to 100%
Mine has just been on constant slide to 93%.

As my original question.....is this acceptable or should I be concerned?

Its acceptable. The drain on life expectancy will slow down and you'll get a few years out of it easily.
