Quick bit of help backing up

Iam getting bad reciption issues, and I want to restore to 4.0.1 again which iam currently on, on my iP4.

Main things I want to backup are notes/voice memos sms texts, photos and vids.

Can someone just confirm these are the correct locations to backup the above using SSH?

How to backup your main content such as; Contacts, Notes, CallHistory, etc.
private/var/mobile/Library/notes
private/var/mobile/Library/SMS

How to backup your Photo (Camera Roll):
private/var/mobile/Media/DCIM/100APPLE

How to backup your Voice Memos:
private/var/mobile/Media/Recordings

I do it with a program called Iphone browser. Then navigate to the folders and copy over the stuff to your PC. Also when connected to itunes, right click on your phone and choose backup.

Or you can copy the files from those folders and just open them on your PC/Mac to verify they contain the data you're trying to backup.

You cant open the notes/SMS on your PC

Sorry, it's not as easy as just opening it in a text editor since it's a SQLite database, but all you need is the right software to open it.

I assume those locations are correct for backing up notes/SMS/call logs etc?
