Quick BT question

has anybody been able to connect their watch to their Bluetooth in their vehicle?
I have an aftermarket head unit that I'm able to accept calls on & have the audio play through my speakers. But the Bluetooth connects the phone for this.
Basically, will my phone still connect to my truck as my watch is connected to my phone?
Or is it one or the other?

You can connect your phone to you car and watch at the same time.

Also, you can connect your phone to you watch, and any BT speakers/headphones/headset etc. at the same time.
