Upgraded from Yo to El and for the most part things are going ok.

So I was having trouble deleting files in Finder (error -43 one or more items cannot be found) and read some posts that suggested using disk utility in recovery to check/repair disks.

After doing that, restarted the machine and just before my user login screen I saw a quick flash that looked like a red box on a black screen (might have had an exclamation point in it) and I could only read the words 'Warning your computer' before it disappeared.

I have restarted a few times and even had my phone set up to record video in case I missed it again, but it has not reappeared.

File deletion problem seems to have been corrected and everything appears to be normal.

Any ideas or does it sound familiar to any one? I haven't had any luck googling it.
