Just ordered my first mac. Its a refurb white macbook, Jan 2009 model with nvidia, 2.0 Ghz Core 2 Duo, and it comes with 2 GB 667 DDR2 ram. Got it for $699 :)

I just want to make sure it will support 4 GB 1066 DDR3 ram, pretty sure it does...

No, it will support 4GB of DDR2 ram. 800mhz DDR2 is as fast as you can go.

The non-Unibody WhiteBooks do not support DDR3 RAM.
 
lol, I love the double post of incredibly wrong information. Others have corrected this mistake, so I see no reason to reiterate.
