Quick Flash short cuts Question

Hi

Could some one be kind enough to let me know please how do I set the short cuts for Flash in "system Preferences" using a macbook pro?

So far what I have tried is to do this

1.system Preferences
2.Keybroad and Mouse
3.Click on "+" and then
4.application "flash"
5.Menu title "Insert Keyframe"
6.fn + F6
7.Then go to Flash and press F6 and the short still the default and not make new keyframe

Some one tell me how to set the F6 as the inset key frame instead of the default
