Quick G5 Quad Question

Were the quad core G5's liquid cooled? I a talking about the last one that shipped, M9592LL/A is the model I'm talking about.

Are you thinking of buying one? I have one plus an intel mac and it runs great. Remember that in terms of reliability, the G5 Quad's LCS was better designed and built compared to the dual 2.5 and 2.7's. - Their failure rate is over 80 percent!

yes it is, but the liquid cooled models are not as scarey as they are made out to be, i have a dp 2.5ghz g5, which i ran recently 24/7 for about 6 mounths (until i got board with the acd switching it off) which i have never had any problem with

Yeah mate, there great boxes, never had a drama with mine. That's not to say that you won't though, the stats are out there.
