Quick HDV Firewire Viewing/Capture Utility?

Hi!

I've got a Canon HD camera and was looking for a small, preferably free, utility to view the footage in real time as the camera plays it. Capturing abilities would be nice but are not essential.

iMovie won't do a live preview for some reason and I'd like to not have to boot up a full app when I just want to view something.
