Is there a quick keyboard combination stroke that allows you to highlight all text in a single worksheet. Sounds crazy but highlighting 173 pages of text then printing each document. ... must be a quicker way.

Thank you for any suggestions!!!!
Michael

Print area is set to whatever is on a worksheet unless you set it to be otherwise. Are you wanting to print only a certain part of each worksheet? i.e. the text you're referring to?

There are print options when you select File>Print.

You can also select multiple worksheets and format the highlighted pages all at once.

Command - Shift - Arrow will highlight all the text in that direction until you hit a blank cell

So Command Shift (Down) Arrow to go all the way to the bottom and then Command Shift (Right) to go all the way to the bottom corner of the sheet with text.

Thank you for your tips on highlighting. It made the work much quicker!
