Quick icon question

I've noticed that a lot of people's application folders on there dock show up as the blue folder with the Application symbol. Mine shows up with an Address Book icon sitting on-top of a blue a folder. Is there a way to change this?

Right click on the stack and select "Display as Folder".

Ah okay thank you. Sorry for such a stupid question, I'm still new to the Mac OS. It takes some time getting used to.
