Basically I'm selling my iPhone to my friend..
Can he have all the apps that are still on it from my computer, and if I click manually manage, can he still get the music off his laptop etc?
Jack

Yes, no, Maybe.

Yes, if you leave it as is, he can use your apps. But he wouldn't be able to update the apps without password.

No, you are validating the Apple's Apps agreement.

Maybe, can't be discuss here, try another forum that talks about app transfer.

I always thought no because you can only sync with one account/computer. It usually will prompt you to make a decision to keep and not sync or sync and delete.

However, you do not have to sync everything. When I bought a new computer, I did not sync my apps, but I did (and still do) sync my music.
