Quick iTunes Mac accounts question ...

I setup new accounts for all 5 of us in the house. In the middle of copying all my music from Windows to the Mac Music folder.

We have 4 iPhones and an iPod Touch in the house. How should we sync them? Will the Mac OS and iTunes require us to be logged in as ourselves when we connect our iPhones and sync? Or can any of us be logged in and sync any phone no problem?

I guess the more general question is, does iTunes on the Mac keep things different depending on who is logged in, or is it more global in nature.

Any other tips worth mentioning?
