Quick iTunes match questions

I just have 3 questions for you people who have used the beta of iTunes Match.

1) Does cover-flow still work well with songs not stored on your iPhone?

2) Can you play a playlist through with some of the songs on your phone and some not without having to download all the songs or does it just skip them?

3) Can you stream the music over 3g?
