Quick jailbreak question (OS4)

Hi aint been on the seen for a while so lost track of things a little, i have a 3GS 3.1.3 firmware 05.12.01 shsh on sauriks server (3.1.3) can i upgrade to os4 using itunes then jailbreak using spirit?

You can get to jailbroken iOS 4, but you can't use the spirit method.
