Solution: Install 10.6.2 combo update.

Hello,

I recently messed up my windows partition when trying to install Windows 7 with Bootcamp, I had to reformat my hard drive and then I restored my OS (OSX 10.6.2) from Time Machine.

Now, when I press space to quick look an item (in finder, on the desktop, anywhere) the quick look window comes up and is in the size of the document that I am trying to view, but I don't see anything, just the grey box.

If I open up an mp3 file, the audio plays and I can see the scroll bar at the bottom of the window. If I open up a movie file I cannot see the movie, only the grey box and the scroll bar at the bottom of the window.

I was just wondering if anybody else has had a similar problem and if there is anything (easier than reinstalling OS) that I can do to fix this. I have already tried restarting my computer. I did a Bing search and didn't find anybody else with a similar problem, but I'm hoping somebody here can help me.

And I'm kidding, Google ftw.
