I'm sleeping in my basement since its cooler then upstairs. My question is when I close my macbook tonight and its at 95% now and let it go to sleep all night will it lose all its battery life tonight? Just wondering thanks
 
if it is sleeping you will probably only loose 5%-10% battery. my macbook was sleeping for 72 hours and it went from 72% to 32% over three days.
 
You can always put your mac in hibernation, it will take a bit longer to restore from sleep but will save battery power if you leave it for some time. Here is the link to the widget that will do that. Be sure to check you meet the requirements:
