Quick Manufacturer Part Number Question

Hi all,

Very quick question if anyone can help:

I am looking at buying a rMBP, the 15"/2.3Ghz i7/256gb etc model.

Looking on eBay, and there are some listed with the MPN as MC975B/A and some as ME664B/A.

I was wondering what the difference was? Are the ME664B/A newer or have the american keyboard etc?

It seems the ME*** models are 2013 models, while the MC*** are first generation 2012 rMBPs.
