Quick maps questions related to specific city

1) Is the maps app from the leaks going to be the same one on the official iOS 6?

2) If yes, can anyone comment on the public transportation for Pittsburgh, PA- if it's there or not, and if it's accurate?

3) If the maps app is going to be different on the OTA, can someone please let me know?!

Unfortunately, this will be the biggest reason for me to upgrade to iOS 6 or not to..... I use the busses/trains every single day, and multiple busses.
