Quick newbie Question

I’m new to Apple Watch (Series 6, v 7.6.2)

I’m setting up Sleep on iPhone (14.7.1) within Health. At the bottom it says “Manage Sleep in the Apple Watch”. But I don’t find Sleep in the Apple Watch settings.

Would you please help? Thanks.
