Quick, possible dumb question....

I recently Jailbroke my 3G iPhone but then re-installed the factory software less then 24 hours later. My question is how many profiles are supposed to be on the iPhone when it comes from the factory? Mine has 2 profiles now and I'm just not sure if they should both be there. They both say from Apple but couldn't that just be part of the hacking process when jailbroken? Here's a screen shot as well... sorry if its a dumb question, I just want to make sure it only has the factory profile(s) if I need take it in for service.
