Well fingers crossed I get my copy of Tiger tomorrow, there are a couple of questions I have..

1) I want to save as much hard drive space as possible. So i will only instsall the Enlglish language and drivers for the printers I have. However, what if say, in 3months time i get a new printer, how can I get the driver???

2) Is there anyway to test my back ups that they are correctly copied. I have copied my 'Saved messages" folder from Mail onto my iPod as part of my back up. How can I make sure that it has copied properly with all my messages? I worry that it hasnt copied correctly and when I open it through the iPod it just jumps to the version on my iBooks hard drive (if this doesn't make sense, please ingnore it  )

Thanks!
jon

oh and anyone here who has tiger, does Audio hijacker (sp?) work on Tiger?

You can use Pacifist to install the appropriate package from the computer's restore disks.

Aside from spot-checking transferred messages, I don't think so.

Yes.
