Quick (probably stupid) question about TextWrangler

I'm using iWeb and trying to get my Google Analytics working. I have to put script in before the </head> segment.

I downloaded TextWrangler, found the home.html file, opened it with TextWrangler and put in the script, hit Save.

So.... is that all I had to do? I'm assuming not since my Google Analytics still says they cant find my tracking code.

Did you edit the page on your computer or did you upload that edited page back to the server?

yep, sounds like you may not have uploaded the edited page to your server.
