Quick Question - 3.1.2 and stock bootrom?

Hi everyone.

Finally found a decent 3.1.2 on eBay - the seller cannot get to the phone to check the modem bb at mo so can I assume that a stock 3.1.2 will be on 05.11.07?

just because its 3.1.2 do not assume its 05.11.07 it can be 05.12 make him check it first before you buy it
