For example, can I use the Moto 360 or LG G Watch with the SGS5?

Or with any other brand?

Does this also apply with Samsung's Tizen watches and Android Wear ones?

Any Android Wear watch works with any Android phone running 4.3 or higher. Samsung's Tizen watches only work with Samsung phones.
