Quick question about icons

I want to change some of the icons for my applications, but I want the originals to still be there if I decide to revert back. Is there any way I can do this?

They'll always be there.

When you change an icon it kind of puts a sticker over the real icon, and hitting backspace will clear that if you want.

open file info, click on icon, top left corner and hit 'command'/X, should revert like magic
