Quick Question about iPhone and AT&T

I read on other phones forums that you have 1 month (or so) to change or regret (<?) about your purchase. Is that true? can i do that with a iPhone!?

Ok, this is because my DAD buy a iPhone 3G 8GB for 99$ for himself, but now he may want a 3G S, he buy it yesterday

let me know if he can go and change it for a 3G S with no charge or what?

Yes, you have 30 days to return it. I think AT&T charges a 10% restocking fee.

If he bought it within the past 30 days, he can go back and exchange it for a 3G S. He would have to pay whatever difference there might be between the cost of the new phone and what he paid for his 3G.
