Quick Question about iSkin evo3 iPod case

I just bought a new iPod and an iSkin EVO3 case for it. The case is great ecept the HOLD switch is covered up? Is is supposed to be like that or do I have a defective unit. On top of where the HOLD button is, is a rubber bump about the shape of the HOLD switch. I can't seen to flip the HOLD switch with the rubber bump in the way.

Thanks for any help.
