Quick Question About Non-ECC RAM

I have a Mac Pro (1,1) with only 2 gb RAM. I want to upgrade to at least 4 gb but don't want to dump a whole lot of money into this old machine.

If I buy non-ecc DDR2 667 RAM from NewEgg will I run into any issues?

I know I need to upgrade in matched pairs.

Can I mix the original ECC RAM with the non-ecc ram?

Nevermind figured it out. Should have googled first.

You can't mix ECC and non-ECC RAM. It has to be either all ECC or all non-ECC.
