If you are using Safari as your browser, Big Sur OS, all default setting to prevent trackers are all there as it is , BUT you search with Google and you are logging in to gmail and use other google services (e.g. google sheet, YouTube). I am a noob here and I am just thinking that once you touch Google and sign in, Google will follow you wherever you go.

So what difference does it make between using Big Sur/latest Safari vs. older OS or other OS's?
