Quick question about UltraSn0W .93

I am having trouble unlocking my iphone 3G. I'm giving it to a friend that is leaving to go out of town in 3 hours and I'm really frustrated.

I have an iPhone with Bootloader version 05.09 [G2M3S2]
and a Baseband version of ICE2-05.12.01

and I'm running iphone version 3.1.3

I downloaded ultrasn0w 93 from cydia then the iphone restarted but no application icon showed up. Can someone please tell me if I unlocked the iphone or if i didn't how do i do it?

Ultrasn0w does not have an icon. If it installed successfully, your phone should be unlocked. The only way to test is to put in a foreign SIM, though.
