I just used x slimmer for the first time (cleared about 2 gigs!). I read about the occasional issues with the program so i took a few minutes and opened every application in my app folder just to see if any issues would come up while opening them. Everything opened fine. Is it ok if I delete the backups now so that I can actuall attain that 2 gigs? Or should I hold onto the backup for a while?

Duff-Man says.....you *should* be just fine. I'd assume you've got the original install discs as well that you could reinstall from if you later find something that doesn't work, or you can archive those backups to a DVD or something before deleting them if you want to be safe.....oh yeah!

Or burn them to a DVD?
