Quick question: are these eBay Apple headphones the same as Apple's?

Since it doesnt say the are legit apple earphones, then i highly doubt it. Seems like a cheap pair to me.
No, but they can be darn close.
DealExtreme sells lots of knock off accessories (cables, earbuds, etc) at great prices. They offer free shipping and, while they can take a while to get to you, they're pretty trustworthy.
I'd recommend purchasing them from DX rather than eBay.
I bought some that closely resembled the iPhone 3G's included buds, and while they don't sound as good as the Apple ones, they're worth the $3 I paid.

I bought a pair of those eBay ones when the in-ears first came out. Not only do they sound like crap, there's no volume rocker and the mic quality was horrible. Not even worth the cost of shipping.

yeah i was gonna say same as post above me, the ebay ones don't have the volume controls that the apple ones do
