DealExtreme sells lots of knock off accessories (cables, earbuds, etc) at great prices. They offer free shipping and, while they can take a while to get to you, they're pretty trustworthy.

I'd recommend purchasing them from DX rather than eBay.

I bought some that closely resembled the iPhone 3G's included buds, and while they don't sound as good as the Apple ones, they're worth the $3 I paid.

I bought a pair of those eBay ones when the in-ears first came out. Not only do they sound like crap, there's no volume rocker and the mic quality was horrible. Not even worth the cost of shipping.

yeah i was gonna say same as post above me, the ebay ones don't have the volume controls that the apple ones do
