Does anybody know if Microsoft still owns some shares of Apple, or were I can find some information in regards to this. I am having a debate with a work friend, and any current information would help fuel my fire

I'm pretty sure they sold it when the settlement expired. Which was just before Apple stopped shipping IE with OS X.

The shares were non-voting, there were $150 million worth, and they have long since been bought back by Apple.
