Quick question y'all: Broke my screen and I need to use an AppleCare+ claim for my S4 cellular and have to reset it prior to sending it to Apple. Per Apple support page I need to:
  1. For GPS + Cellular models, choose to keep or remove your cellular plan.
    • If you want to pair your Apple Watch and iPhone again, keep your plan.
    • If you don't want to pair your Apple Watch and iPhone again, remove your plan. If you aren't going to pair with a different watch or iPhone, you might need to contact your carrier to cancel your cellular subscription.
My question is, do I keep or remove my cellular plan when I un-pair the watch? I know Apple doesn't repair the watch so it's not like I'll be getting the same watch back and I obviously want to keep the cell plan on the new watch.
Thanks in advance!

Keep your plan. Whether you get the same watch back or if you get a replacement, you want to have your cellular plan again when you pair.

"Remove your plan" is if you are not going to have a watch at all - you're cancelling service.

Thank you. Pretty much what I was thinking, I was confused about how it stated about keeping "your watch" when I know they replace the unit instead of repairing it.
