Okay, so I visited the Apple store and talked to a genius bar dude about getting my 4th Gen black iPod touch replaced because it was going weird. I told him all about it freaking out in terms of battery problems and such, that and the headphone issue. (If you don't know what I'm talking about, oh well.)
So, this guy makes my mom fill out all this info (I wasn't the one who bought the thing, so it was her problem to do the paperwork) and he tells me I'm gonna loose all my game scores and crap. So I'm syncing it as we speak.
He was actually pretty nice, but that's beside the point.
So, what I'm wondering, is why I can't get a white iPod touch this time around. When I asked him about this, he said that he had to give me one exactly the same. It makes no sense because the color doesn't boost the OS, and the white was no upgrade from the 2010 4th. And when I get this one it will have the latest OS and such, so why does it matter what color? I'm just confused about this, and I just want an explanation because nothing can get me a white one now because my new touch is sitting in the back room at the Apple Store with a post-it reading "LeighAnna Jones" or something.
Just... confused.
