QUICK QUESTION: Jailbroken 4S users who have SBSettings... can you turn off 3G???

I know its a toggle on SBSettings in the past to be able to turn off 3G but Apple removed the ability to on the 4S in the settings app.

Can you still turn off 3G (and only have Edge data) with the toggle in SBSettings?

also what if we have verizon (no edge)

I haven't been able to yet...it acts like 3G is off and then I go to refresh my Twitter feed and 3G turns on again.

I'm on Sprint, btw.

Yea, that particular toggle makes upgrading to 5.1 pointless now.

5.1 was going to have a 3G data on/off toggle.

Now, we don't need to upgrade for that.

We can stay Jailbroken.

Obviously its pointless on Verizon or Sprint.
This option is for GSM networks.

Now my 4S can stay on 5.0.1 being jailbroken as long as I want...

Great now I don't have to hear the gf's mouth about how she has wifi at work and therefore doesn't need 3G, and longer battery life.
