Quick Question.... Need answer quick!

I had 4.2 GM on my iPhone but the proximity sensor is still not working properly, so I downgraded my iPhone back to 4.1. But obviously the modem firmware never got downgraded.... If I take my iPhone 4 into the apple store to get them to exchange it, are they going to turn me away cause I upgraded the phone to 4.2?

Currently its running:
4.1 (8B117)
Modem Firmware 03.10.01....

I doubt it, but actually no one on this forum can say for sure. The only way to know is to take it in and see what happens.

.. I have my appt at 445.. So hopefully they exchange it.. When I hold my phone up talk if i move the phone to the left or right just a little the screen comes on and i always mute the call ....
