quick question on gta4, xp32/64, and ram

i installed gta4 on my mac pro (2.8 eight core, 6 gigs ram) recently and haven't been too impressed with the overall performance in bootcamp/xp 32 bit. i'm wondering, since the 64 bit version will recognize more of my ram, will that improve performance at all, or do i just need to replace the radeon 2600 video card that came stock?
