I bought my first Mac, and am returning it :(

I understand the return policy to be 14 days from the day I receive it, but can someone tell me if I have 14 days to send it back, OR 14 days to get it back to Apple? For example, by the Order Status, I have until the 2nd of July, so do I need to get it back to them by the 2nd, or do I just need to ship it by the 2nd?

If I ship it and it doesn't make it back by the 14th, do they keep it or send it back?

thank you

You have 14 days to inform apple you wish to return the product. So you can contact them on the 14th day, shipping it back is not included in the time frame (UK)
