quick question on upgrading from 4.3.0 to 4.3.3

do you lose any data or application(including application's data?)

I plan to JB when it comes out but I want to (if it supports) upgrade to 4.3.3 before JB but wondering if I did it that way, I would get to keep all the data and application?

Yes, you keep all your stuff, you are just doing an update on the OS (think of it like a service pack for Windows or a software update for OSX)
