quick question on watching movies (battery life)

with the new macbook pros:

how many hours of HD movies can you watch with the 13"?

how many hours can you get with a 15" (i5 or i7)?

That depends on the format, physical resolution and codec used with the movie, as those specifics relate to CPU use.

An SD movie using the Divx codec will take less CPU power than a 720p or 1080i/p HD movie using the H264 codec.
