Hiya, I am going to replace my iPad Mini 2 with an iPad Air 2 in the next week or so but I have 2 quick questions that hopefully someone with the device can answer...

1: Is the WiFi Signal better with the cellular version as opposed to the WiFi Only version? Does the plastic Antenna section help?
2: I use my iPhone 6 as a WiFi Hotspot when travelling with work and want to know if you can connect the cellular iPad to this via WiFi like you can with a WiFi iPad (The reason I ask is that my colleague who has a cellular iPad Air says he cannot do this on his iPad as it tells him it is not allowed)

Thanks

Nick

For question 1, I'd imagine the signal difference between the two is negligible. In other words, not enough of a difference to choose one over the other.

For question 2, I have no trouble connecting my cellular iPad Air to an iPhone 6 with wifi tethering. Not sure why that would be an issue.
