Is there such thing as a cable where I can plug it into my macbook and watch the videos I have on quicktime or other program on my TV next to it??? Something like an A/V cable that goes into one of the ports?

Thanks

All Macs have an optional S-video/composite dongle for the DVI/VGA port. Typically $15-$20 check the Apple Store http://store.apple.com for your model.

EDIT: Stick M9319G/A in the search box, I think that's the right one.
