Just ordered a new mbp penryn, Im curious if a dvi to vga adapter comes in the box with it. Thanks

Thanks!

I plan on using something like this to hook up to a kvm switch, do you think that will work?

To tell you the truth, I'm not sure. It looks like that product is used to plug a keyboard and mouse up to a computer's USB port.

I'm not completely sure. Sorry!

Thanks!

I use a good deal of those on PC servers at work. I would think it should work for you on the MBP as well.

You might want to look at getting a DVI KVM with USB keyboard/mouse support though if you're planning on using a larger monitor. DVI just looks so much better than VGA IMHO.

I've got an Avocent 4 port DVI KVM both at home and work and I've had good results with them.
